  A modern, tropical concept infused within this 5-bedroom living space. The facade and interior of this development house was retouched as an additional 3rd floor was incorporated. The general spaces along with the Master Bedroom and Guest Room holds the main concept by using similar materials which helps link the areas together, while the 3 sons gets a more personalized bedrooms according to what they had envisioned their rooms to be.
